Societe Generale Ghana launches “Deposit and Win Promo” with GH¢200,000 cash prize up for grabs

Societe Generale Ghana has introduced a new promotional campaign called "Deposit and Win Promo" offering a substantial cash prize of GH¢200,000. The campaign, inspired by last year's success where a customer won a brand-new car, aims to encourage customers to save, invest, and win big. Running from September to December 2026, customers must make a deposit of GHC500 or multiples of it into their SG Ghana account to be eligible for the prize.

Managing Director Hakim Ouzzani expressed enthusiasm for the campaign, emphasizing its role in promoting a strong savings culture among customers. General Manager Kwaku Tweneboa-Kodua provided details of the prize structure, stating that winners will receive GHC10,000 each in three separate draws held in October, November, and December 2026.

The grand prize of GHC200,000 will be awarded in a major draw in March 2027 to a customer who has saved a minimum of GHC5,000 for at least three months. The promotion is open to both bank customers and non-customers, with non-customers required to open a new account to participate. Societe Generale Ghana, a prominent bank in Ghana with 40 branches nationwide, aims to provide innovative retail and corporate solutions tailored to customer needs.
