Revenue officials begin verification of lands at KCR’s Erravalli farmhouse

The revenue department has commenced an investigation into land holdings associated with the Erravalli farmhouse of former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, following a directive from Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. The inquiry aims to establish the status and ownership of government and assigned lands in the region surrounding the farmhouse, located in Markook mandal of Siddipet district.

Revenue Divisional Officer Chandrakala conducted a field inspection near the farmhouse, examining land records at Survey No. 325 in Erravalli village and extending the inspection to neighboring Venkatapur and Varadarajupur villages. Officials are gathering information on individuals in possession of assigned lands and cross-referencing historical records with current revenue entries.

The investigation was prompted by statements made by Mr. Revanth Reddy in the state Assembly, where he called for a comprehensive inquiry into lands linked to the farmhouse and sought verification of claims related to government land in and around the property.
