President Sheikh Mohamed receives Senegal leader Bassirou Diomaye Faye in Abu Dhabi

President Sheikh Mohamed hosted Senegal's President Bassirou Diomaye Faye in Abu Dhabi, with the pair committing to enhancing bilateral relations in investment, trade, and development. A critical highlight of the talks was the 2026 UN Water Conference, which the UAE and Senegal are scheduled to jointly host in Abu Dhabi from December 8-10. Sheikh Mohamed and Faye emphasized water security as a paramount development priority, not only for their nations but for the global community at large, reiterating their shared commitment to water-related concerns.
