PMO buat laporan berkait surat palsu Lebuhraya Plus

Prime Minister's Office (PMO) has cautioned the public to avoid falling for a fraudulent letter claiming that the Cabinet has approved a private financing initiative (PFI) for the Lebuhraya PLUS expansion project. According to the PMO's police report, the letter falsely asserts that a private financing initiative was approved for the Lebuhraya PLUS project, but the PMO denies any connection to the document or the purported approval.

They also state that Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim never issued or signed a letter dated July 17, 2026, regarding the matter. The public is advised to stay vigilant and refrain from disseminating or sharing the fraudulent document. The PMO has reported the falsified document and the misuse of the Prime Minister's name and official identity to the police, emphasizing that appropriate legal action will be taken against anyone found involved.
