PM Narendra Modi Birthday: Varanasi Youth Mark Occasion With Blood Donation Camp As Gen Z Wing Launches 'Modi’s GenZ Blood Squad'

On the eve of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, the Gen Z Wing of Antyodaya Parishad organized a blood donation camp in Varanasi, called the 'Modi's GenZ Blood Squad'. The event took place at the IMA building in Lahurabir, where many participants were aged between 18 and 22 years. Some participants were first-time blood donors and first-time voters, according to organizers.

Council President Mahesh Chand Srivastava highlighted the strong sense of social responsibility among young people and the need to channel their energy towards constructive activities. He introduced the 'Modi's GenZ Blood Squad' initiative as a platform for young people to engage in social service. Young attendees expressed their admiration for Prime Minister Modi, using nicknames such as "OG," "Greatest of All Time (GOAT)," and "Legend".

The organizers aimed to address young people's hesitations and misconceptions about blood donation through such programs, which they believed could promote greater awareness about voluntary blood donation. First-time donor Ayush shared his initial hesitation but expressed gratitude for the Antyodaya Parishad's efforts to educate him about the importance of blood donation.

Upon the completion of the event, certificates were presented to the blood donors, especially congratulating first-time donors and encouraging them to participate in social service activities in the future. The organizers expressed appreciation to the blood donors, medical team, IMA officials, and volunteers for their contributions to the event.
