New snake species found in Ethiopia eats only bird eggs
In an exciting revelation, researchers have identified a new snake species named Dasypeltis albigularis in the Harenna Forest of Ethiopia. This remarkable find arose after a comprehensive seven-year study, which included genetic analysis and extensive field research. Known as the White-throated Egg-eater, this species was previously thought to be a variant of a close relative.
