New York quarterback Geno Smith, a veteran with 14 seasons of NFL experience, confirmed he had never witnessed such a play in his career.

Quarterback Geno Smith and his team's five tight ends lined up on one play in the third quarter of the Jets' 23-10 win at Tennessee, including rookie Kenyon Sadiq, Mason Taylor, Jeremy Ruckert, Jelani Woods, and Andrew Beck. Beck, who is listed as a fullback, insisted he was a tight end. Coach Aaron Glenn praised the package as a weapon for the team.

The five tight ends were an effective unit, assisting in a 7-yard run by Geno Smith and a touchdown run by Breece Hall. Tight ends Kenyon Sadiq and Mason Taylor, as well as wide receiver Jeremy Ruckert, were highly versatile playmakers who contributed to the team's offense.
