I will not be distracted by political failures with nothing to offer, DP Kindiki says

Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has made it clear he will not allow political opponents to distract him from his mission to deliver development to Kenyans. Speaking while inspecting ongoing projects in Igembe South Constituency, Kindiki said he is focused solely on helping President William Ruto complete existing projects and launch new ones across the country.

"Those we are competing with only know how to insult and come up with slogans. I am not going to engage them because it is not what Kenyans want. They want roads, modern markets, water and better hospitals, and that is what we are focused on," Kindiki said. Despite insults from local leaders, Kindiki has forgiven them unconditionally, emphasizing that they are family and he will not stoop to insults.

Instead, he vowed to ensure faster completion of projects already underway in Meru, such as the elevation of Nyambene Level 4 Hospital to Level 5, construction of Maua Modern Market, upgrading of Meru Teaching Hospital to Level 6, and the building of 21 modern markets in key towns. Projects costing billions of shillings, like the Gakoromone Modern Market and the Meru County Aggregation and Industrial Park, are also moving forward.

Kindiki challenged the opposition to show what they have done for Kenyans, warning them to be prepared for a tough contest over their track record.
