Housing Company Tshwane invites bids for transactional advisory services

Housing Company Tshwane, known as HCT, has issued an invitation for bids to appoint service providers for transactional advisory support. This assistance pertains to project preparation, financial structuring, capital raising, and transaction support for properties under HCT's ownership and management. The tender, identified as HCT-SCMU 02/2026-27, spans a duration of 36 months.

HCT clarifies that the selection process may result in the appointment of one or multiple service providers. The evaluation of bids will employ an 80/20 preference point scoring system; 80 points are assigned to pricing, while 20 are allotted to meeting specific goals. In the case of joint ventures, a signed Joint Venture Agreement should be included. The bid closing date is set for October 16, 2026, at 12:00, at the Housing Company Tshwane, Bitts Centre Building, situated at 24 Parliament Street, Pretoria.
