Exclusive: Woman claims her dad is one of US' most prolific serial killers, ‘Killed with same frequency as Ted Bundy'

Galina Trefil, a woman from New England, has accused her father, John Trefil, of being one of America’s most prolific serial killers. Over the years, she has been campaigning on social media to bring her father to justice, alleging that he has confessed to committing multiple murders and has connections to India. Born in 1939, John is currently elderly and in poor health, but Galina continues her pursuit for justice on his behalf.

In a recent interview with HindustanTimes.com, Galina stated that her father began his killing spree in the 1950s, confessing to murdering an average of one person per month until he stopped in the late 1990s. He has admitted to committing these crimes in various locations, including the United States, Canada, France, and Holland.

Galina recounted her childhood experiences with her father, describing him as both a loving and terrifying figure. At four years old, he had a psychotic episode, throwing her off a cliff, an event that left her deeply traumatized.

Galina shared photographs of diary entries purportedly written by John, which include a chilling quote where he admits to wanting to rape and murder her. Despite his outward demeanor as a respected psychiatrist and surgeon, Galina alleges that her father lived a double life, using his professional connections to avoid scrutiny while continuing his criminal activities. One of his patients accused him of rape in the mid-1990s, leading to the revocation of his medical license, an admission that he killed the victim.

Furthermore, Galina described John's alleged dungeon in the woods, where she claimed he kept sixteen girls and two men captive, some for extended periods. She revealed that he would often incapacitate his victims using syringes filled with liquid Valium, hidden around their home. Galina also shared stories of specific victims, including a woman named Phoenix Doe, who alleged that her father tried to abduct her when she was 17.

These accusations cast doubt on John's profession, as he worked with rape victims, supported a local battered women's shelter, and lectured on catching predators, all while allegedly committing his heinous crimes.
