Census Bureau: Uninsurance rates held steady from 2024-2025
There were 26.7 million people nationwide who were uninsured across all of 2025, statistically the same as in 2024, though Medicare numbers increased while Medicaid dipped, according to the U.S. Census Bureau's annual analysis.
