Athlete tells court he can't get alleged Alan Jones kiss 'out of my memory'

A well-known athlete testified in court that he cannot erase the alleged non-consensual kiss from Alan Jones from his memory, during questioning by Jones's defense team. The athlete, referred to as Complainant M, recounted the incident while being cross-examined by Mr Jones's defense counsel. Mr Jones has pleaded not guilty to 22 counts of indecent assault and sexual touching, involving six complainants.

Complainant M denied alleging that he made up the story about being kissed by Jones at a public event, stating that he "can't get it out of my memory." The athlete is providing his third day of testimony in Mr Jones's criminal trial regarding the alleged kisses that allegedly occurred in 2015 and 2020.
