Ángel Simón revoluciona la cúpula directiva de Indra

Angelsimón, the newly appointed president of Indra, has taken time to analyze the company's situation and decide on the measures and direction the group will take. Unlike initial expectations, he has made few changes to the executive committee of the group compared to Angel Escribano's era. The first change was Ciril Rozman, appointed as director of the Office of the President and Public Affairs at CriteriaCaixa, followed by José María de Paz as secretary of the board of administration.

The third and final notable appointment was Josep Maria Recasens from Renault as the new CEO, replacing José Vicente de los Mozos, who had his contract not renewed. After these appointments, Simón and Recasens now face two significant tasks: developing a new strategic plan separate from the previous Escribano-De los Mozos era and forming a new executive committee with utmost trust to execute the ambitious goals of the new roadmap.

It is expected that the new executive committee's organigram will be presented to the board of directors at the end of September, with numerous changes compared to the current alignment. The intention is for the new members of the executive committee, now numbered at 16, to be ready to assume their new responsibilities and support the development and implementation of the new strategic plan by October.

The new strategic plan for Indra, titled "Leading the Future," was launched in March 2024 by the previous CEO, José Vicente de los Mozos, with plans to unveil an update of the objectives before summer. However, Simón and Recasens decided to postpone this presentation to after summer to develop their own roadmap for the group.
