Syria condemns Houthi drone attack attempt on Makkah

The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed Syria's complete solidarity with Saudi Arabia and affirmed its commitment to supporting the Kingdom in defending itself against the threats posed by the Houthi militia. The ministry has reiterated Syria's backing for any measures taken by Saudi Arabia to protect the sanctity of the Two Holy Mosques, stressing the importance of respecting their holiness and shielding them from the repercussions of regional conflicts in order to preserve the sanctity of these sacred sites.
