SSA Adeboye Appoints Veteran Sports Journalist George Aluo as Media Consultant

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Grassroots Sports Development, Hon. Adeyinka Anthony Adeboye, has appointed George Aluo, a renowned sports journalist and former Chairman of the Nigeria National League (NNL), as Media Consultant to his office. This move is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the Office's strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and public awareness regarding the government’s grassroots sports development initiatives.

Aluo's appointment is a strategic response to the expanding scope of the Office's work and the need to effectively communicate the vision of grassroots sports development in Nigeria. His career includes significant roles such as Chairman of the NNL, where he contributed to the administration and development of the second-tier football league, as well as senior editorial positions in the Nigerian media.
