Sri Lanka U17 Set to Tour Pakistan for Six-Match Series

The Sri Lankan Under-17 cricket team is set to embark on a six-match tour of Pakistan in October, according to a recent announcement by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The tour will see the young squad face their Pakistani counterparts in a bilateral series, comprising one three-day match and five one-day games.

All the fixtures for the tour are scheduled to take place at the Multan Cricket Stadium, with the series running from October 9 to 24. The Sri Lankan team is expected to arrive in Multan on October 5, while both teams will engage in training sessions at the venue from October 6 to 8.

The inaugural match of the series will be a three-day affair scheduled from October 9 to 11. Subsequent one-day matches are slated to occur on October 15, 17, 19, 21, and 24, each taking place at the Multan Cricket Stadium.

It is worth noting that the Pakistani Under-17 team, Pakistan U17, is currently participating in a Skills Development Camp in Faisalabad, which commenced on July 30. Additionally, the PCB hosted the National U17 Cup in Faisalabad earlier this year, where the Rawalpindi U17 Region claimed victory as champions.
