Further recognition came at the 6th Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG) Excellence Awards on August 29, 2026. Mrs. Barbara Odoi, Serene Insurance's Head of Underwriting, was honored as the Professional Underwriter of the Year 2025, reflecting the company's unwavering professionalism, efficient risk management, swift claims processing, and commitment to exceptional client experience.
