Benioff highlighted the evolution of user interfaces, from command lines to graphical user interfaces (GUI), mobile, and now, AIforce. This new interface aims to empower users by enabling them to reason and take action across all relevant data, workflows, and logic within Salesforce. During the keynote, Benioff welcomed Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang to discuss Salesforce's new Koa CRM, developed with Nvidia's collaboration.

However, the conversation shifted to a broader discussion about the future of technology, as Huang reiterated his stance that the end of software is a misconception, emphasizing the emergence of agentic software that will enhance existing systems.
