Russia Must List Protected Sites for Energy Truce
Russia must provide a list of energy facilities it wants protected if it is serious about a reciprocal ceasefire, President Zelensky said. Kyiv is prepared to halt attacks if Moscow ends all attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Zelensky stressed that Russian oil and gas exports must be treated as equivalent to Ukraine’s electricity and gas supplies.
