RAVEN2 - ZERO Lets Players Enter an Apocalyptic MMORPG Where Growth Is Tied to Gameplay

Netmarble's Raven2 MMORPG is a dark fantasy game with a massive global fan base. Players can create their own avatars and navigate a harsh world filled with constant battles. However, Raven2 can feel intimidating for new players who haven't built up their characters yet. To address this, the Raven2 – Zero server update was released, offering a fresh start with reduced progression pressure.

In Raven2 – Zero, players can choose from 10 unique classes, each with a distinct combat style. The game's setting is a dying land plagued by demons and monsters, but the server focuses on making the adventure more accessible for newcomers. Quest requirements are lowered, and EXP gained from monster battles has been increased for a smoother progression.

Unlike the main Raven2 server, Raven2 – Zero removes the need for expensive gear like Mythic-grade Holy Garments, Familiars, and Awakenings. Players can still obtain these high-grade items by participating in server events. The update also includes a generous "Zero" Special Starter Package for new players, featuring Heroic-grade Holy Garments and Familiars, and a large number of Summon scrolls to aid early character development.

In addition to streamlined progression, Raven2 – Zero offers enhanced equipment drop rates from field hunts. Players can collect Farming Crystals, a new currency earned exclusively through gameplay, which can be exchanged for essential items in the in-game shop. As more Heroic-grade equipment and level rewards become available through other events, the pressure to spend money on gear diminishes.

This updated server is particularly welcoming to lapsed players who might have felt left out due to the intense PvP competition on the main server. Raven2 – Zero provides a level playing field for everyone, allowing new and returning players to enjoy the core MMORPG experience without the constant threat of being outshined by established high-level players.
