Raphinha scored a hat-trick as Barcelona dominated Racing Santander 7-2 in an impressive La Liga match on Wednesday. The Catalan giants maintained their perfect form, now leading Real Madrid by three points. Joao Cancelo, Gabriel Jesus, and Lamine Yamal also found the back of the net for Barcelona, while Maguette Gueye scored for the underdogs.
Hansi Flick’s side started strongly, taking the lead through a long-range shot from Cancelo in the eighth minute. Dani Olmo had two chances before Raphinha converted a penalty for Barca’s second. Racing Santander equalized with a neat finish by Maguette Gueye, but they couldn't capitalize on their advantage. Cancelo struck again, and Raphinha added a fourth goal after coming on as a substitute.
The teenager missed a penalty after Karim Adeyemi was fouled, but Barcelona held on to win in front of a thunderous crowd at Camp Nou.
