Pakistani iCloud+ users get free Apple TV, Apple Arcade

Apple has begun offering Apple TV and Apple Arcade at no additional cost to paid iCloud+ subscribers in Pakistan. Users have received emails informing them of the expanded subscription benefits. Pakistan has been added to the list of countries where the enhanced iCloud+ package is available. Existing iCloud+ subscribers will automatically gain access to Apple TV and Apple Arcade without changing their existing storage plans or prices.

For instance, a 50GB subscriber maintains a monthly cost of Rs200, while a 2TB user continues to pay Rs2,500. iCloud+ subscribers can share their plans with up to five family members, also granting them access to Apple TV and Apple Arcade. Specific content and features may differ by country or region. This update follows the appointment of Salman Dar as Apple’s Head of Government Affairs for Pakistan.

Dar, who previously served as CEO of IT company Itroos and held leadership positions at the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA), aims to strengthen Apple’s engagement with local and international regulators and policymakers. The company plans to roll out the expanded iCloud+ package across more than 100 countries.
