New Ranma 1/2 anime tableware and lifestyle goods are appropriately multi-faceted [Photos]

A new line of Ranma 1/2 inspired tableware and lifestyle goods has recently hit the market, offering fans a variety of functional and decorative items. The collection, released by Japanese brand Studio Clip, showcases designs inspired by the Cat Cafe/Nekohanten, a Chinese restaurant featured in the Rumiko Takahashi anime.

The tableware lineup includes ceramic ramen bowls and spoons, adorned with illustrations of the anime's cast members. These items, microwave and dishwasher-safe, are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Notably, the tip of the spoons' handles features the kanji for "cat." While primarily designed for use, these bowls and spoons can also serve as stylish decorative pieces.

In addition to the serving ware, Studio Clip offers eco-friendly shopping bags and embroidered totes, catering to the needs of fans on the go. One eco bag even folds up to fit inside a miniature Ranma plushie, which can also double as a bag strap charm. Another standout item is the insulated bag inspired by the Cat Cafe's delivery box, and an oven mitt shaped like P-chan, a cute animal character who is a transformed martial artist.

While the prices vary, the eco bag featuring the plushie stands out as the most expensive item at 4,400 yen (US$28), with the rest of the collection ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 yen. The entire line is available online through Studio Clip's store and in various physical shops as of September 18.
