Myriad Genetics promotes Vishal Sikri to commercial chief

Myriad Genetics Inc. has announced the elevation of Vishal Sikri to the role of Executive Vice President - Commercial, effective immediately. Sikri, who had been serving as Senior Vice President of Product at the molecular diagnostic testing firm for the past year, will be assuming the position from Brian Donnelly. Donnelly, who had been the Chief Commercial Officer since May 2025, will be stepping down on September 21.

The company has reaffirmed its financial guidance for the full year of 2026. Sam Raha, the President and CEO of Myriad Genetics, expressed excitement about Vishal leading their commercial organization. Raha also acknowledged Brian Donnelly's contributions to the company. Vishal Sikri stated he is "energized" to lead the commercial operation at this significant juncture for Myriad Genetics.

Myriad Genetics specializes in developing molecular diagnostic tests that assess disease risk and inform treatment decisions across various medical specialties. The Salt Lake City-based company concentrates on molecular diagnostics and precision medicine.
