Jyotika shares inside pictures from her and Suriya's 20th anniversary vow renewal

Dubai: In a heartfelt vow renewal ceremony marking their 20th wedding anniversary, Tamil cinema stars Jyotika and Suriya exchanged promises of love in a private Christian service attended by their children Diya and Dev, surrounded by cherished friends and family. The couple, who first married on September 11, 2006, after meeting on the set of Poovellam Kettuppar in 1999, returned to the place where it all began to celebrate their enduring bond.

Jyotika shared a series of intimate photos from the ceremony on Instagram, showcasing the couple's distinct outfits from the day. In one set, Suriya donned a white tuxedo while Jyotika wore a form-fitting white gown. Later, on a deck, the couple donned flowing lavender-lilac and deep plum-burgundy ensembles, respectively.

In her accompanying note, Jyotika expressed her gratitude to those who contributed to the successful event. She first acknowledged Indrajith and Tijai for orchestrating the ceremony, emphasizing that "family isn't always about blood; sometimes it's about who shows up, again and again, without being asked." She also thanked wedding coordinator Lisa Bauer for managing the meticulous planning process, acknowledging her warmth and responsiveness throughout the event.

Jyotika highlighted the contributions of Manoj for his endless coordination and selfless love, as well as Radhika Mehra for her design expertise.
