'He's Waiting For Release': Jason Sanjay On Father's Involvement In Sigma Promotion; Recalls First Reaction To Vijay Becoming CM- VIDEO

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay's son, Jason Sanjay, recently shared his thoughts on his father's involvement in his upcoming film Sigma. When asked if Vijay would promote the film, Jason stated that his father is eager for its release but will not participate in the promotional activities. He elaborated, "No, no. Because I want the promotion to be about the film and I don’t want that to overlap. Obviously he’s the CM today, so you know you have so much responsibility."

During a press meet for Sigma, Jason was asked about Vijay's contribution to the project. He replied, "He is waiting for the film release. I want the promotion to be about the film, I don’t want that to overlap. Obviously he’s CM today, he has so much responsibility." When asked about how his father would contribute to the film, Jason stated, "He is also very excited," adding, "He is waiting to see what I have created."

Jason also expressed his excitement upon learning about Vijay becoming the Chief Minister. He recalled, "I felt very happy. It was obviously a very happy moment for me and everyone around him." Jason was notably absent from his father's swearing-in ceremony, along with his mother Sangeetha and sister Divya Saasha. Reports suggested Jason had begun using "Jason Sanjay S" instead of "Jason Sanjay V" around the time of his father's appointment, but the alleged name change has not been officially confirmed.
