Gulf News and Aurex Privy launch SheOwns, a new property platform putting women at the centre of ownership decisions

Gulf News and Aurex Privy have announced the launch of SheOwns, a groundbreaking property platform aimed at empowering women in property ownership decisions. The platform's flagship event, SheOwns | The Property Show, will be held in Dubai on October 31, 2026, uniting developers, property experts, buyers, and investors in a single environment.

This initiative is backed by BeingShe, which brings its focus on women's participation, leadership, and empowerment to SheOwns. The platform prioritizes Emirati women, expatriate women, and families in property ownership, investment, and wealth creation. Participating developers can offer special purchase opportunities with flexible payment structures, inventory privileges, fee concessions, upgrades, and other preferential terms.

Vijay Vaghela, CEO of Gulf News, stated that SheOwns brings together property opportunities, buyers, and investors on a trusted platform while emphasizing the growing role of women in the UAE property market.
