PUTRAJAYA, Sept 16 (Bernama) -- The Home Ministry (KDN) is determined to dismantle the operations of syndicates manipulating the foreign worker system and falsifying documents at the root, without any tolerance, said its Minister, Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
