From new AI CRM model to Air India team-up, everything announced at Dreamforce 2026

At Salesforce's annual Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, the company announced several AI-powered offerings. Leading the pack was Koa, Salesforce's first AI reasoning model built on Nvidia's Nemotron family of LLMs. Koa has been fine-tuned by Salesforce to handle sales, marketing, and customer support tasks. Additionally, Salesforce unveiled AIforce, a platform that allows customers to integrate enterprise data into any AI interface.

The company also announced partnerships with Air India and upgrades to its Claudeforce offering in collaboration with Anthropic. These new AI solutions aim to help SaaS companies adapt to the rise of AI agents and retain customers within their ecosystems.
