This collaboration aims to simplify the home-buying process by providing eligible buyers with financing options throughout the journey. The partnership combines ADCB's mortgage expertise with Ellington Properties' residential portfolio, offering a streamlined digital experience supported by dedicated relationship managers.

Customers will enjoy competitive financing rates, an off-plan financing solution with annually renewable pre-approval until handover, and reduced upfront costs. For off-plan properties, eligible Ellington Properties customers can secure pre-approved financing up to 50% of the property's value. The 12-month pre-approval can be renewed annually until handover, ensuring flexibility and certainty throughout the construction period.
