Captain (Retd) Saif Anjum Removed as Secretary Industries and Production

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has removed Captain (Retd) Saif Anjum from his position as Secretary Industries and Production Division. The decision was communicated through a notification issued by the Cabinet Division. Anjum, a BS-22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, has been transferred and instructed to report to the Establishment Division without delay, pending further instructions.

Throughout his career, Anjum has held multiple senior administrative roles in both federal and provincial governments. He has served as Secretary of various divisions, including Aviation, Interior, Environment Protection, Transport, Irrigation, Home Department, Punjab, and as Director General of Sasti Roti Authority and PSO to the Chief Minister of Punjab.
