American actress Angelina Jolie visited Ukraine and conducted interviews at various locations. In Kharkiv, she spent time at a dance and art studio, met with wives of Ukrainian prisoners of war in the Carpathians, and honored the memory of Oleksii Yukov, who headed the Platsdarm search group. Jolie shared these experiences on her Instagram page, emphasizing the ongoing challenges faced by children in Ukraine as they resume schooling despite ongoing attacks.

She highlighted that Kharkiv, due to its proximity to the Russian border, frequently experiences daily strikes, leading to the establishment of classrooms inside metro stations. Additionally, some schools operate entirely underground, with children learning in spaces located three floors below ground. Jolie visited the Caramel Studio dance studio in Kharkiv's Pivnichna Saltivka district, observing children training in an underground training hall.

She also visited an art studio called Aza Nizi Maza, where children with learning difficulties received education. In the Carpathians, Jolie toured a rehabilitation camp operated by the NGO Gen.Ukrainian, where she conversed with single mothers caring for their children while awaiting the release of their husbands from Russian captivity.

The actress's son, Knox, led a Muay Thai session for these children. Jolie expressed admiration for local organizations, despite their limited resources, for their continued efforts under extremely difficult circumstances.
