Alex Warren named as first act of Abu Dhabi F1 Friday double bill

Alex Warren is set to make his debut in the United Arab Emirates at the Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix after-race concert on Friday, December 4. The young artist will be the first performer in the double bill lineup, with the second act yet to be announced. Following Warren, other artists scheduled to perform include Lewis Capaldi, Zara Larsson, Imagine Dragons, and The Chainsmokers and The Script, who will close out the concert series on race day, December 6.

Access to these after-race concerts is limited to Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket holders. The series will feature a diverse lineup of at least seven artists spanning multiple genres, such as pop, rock, EDM, and soul, performing across four nights. Warren's new album, Wildchild, released last month, showcases tracks like Passenger and Rescuer. His 2025 debut album, You’ll Be Alright, Kid, includes Ordinary, his biggest international hit so far, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Warren's journey into music began online, where he shared deeply personal songs that reflected his tumultuous childhood marked by grief and homelessness. He has recently completed a series of concerts called Finding Family on the Road, performing across Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. David Powell, chief portfolio and strategy officer at Ethara, the organization overseeing the after-race concerts, expressed excitement about bringing Warren to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, stating that his warmth and stage presence make him a perfect addition to the week-long entertainment experience for fans.
