The Minister stressed that successful digital transformation requires skilled individuals, capable institutions, sufficient resources, and proper governance to ensure secure and responsible use of data and emerging technologies. He also highlighted Pakistan's progress in digital transformation, including its commitment to developing one million AI-skilled non-IT professionals by 2030 and the establishment of seven AI hubs.
