The Trump administration has started preparing thousands of 2,000-pound bombs for a planned sale to Israel. The proposed defence package is worth around $2.8 billion. According to The Washington Post, the package would include 40,000 heavy bombs. The deal could become the largest recent US sale of these controversial weapons to Israel.
