President Lee Jae Myung is scheduled to hold a press conference at Cheong Wa Dae later this week to articulate his clear stance on crucial matters and reaffirm his dedication to reform, according to a presidential official. The press conference, which will span 90 minutes starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, will be split into two sections focusing on politics and foreign affairs, as well as policy and the economy.

Senior presidential secretary for public relations and communication, Seong Ghi-hong, informed reporters that around 150 local and foreign journalists will be present for the event.

Lee's press conference will commence with opening remarks, followed by a question-and-answer session where he will address inquiries from the audience. He will then deliver closing remarks. The official purpose of this press conference is to convey the president's resolute commitment to reform, his belief that the well-being of people should be the top priority in governance, and a more robust message of national unity, as stated by Seong.
