Reed's accuracy and ball touch have improved, particularly in the second game against Arizona State, where he completed 16 of 30 passes for 233 yards and two touchdowns. However, the Sun Devils' defense posed challenges, forcing Reed to make smart decisions by running the ball or throwing it away.

Elko highlighted Reed's better play overall, stating that it was more about making clean plays and playing smart football. The win was a positive step as Texas A&M prepares for its SEC matchup against Kentucky.
