Texas QB Arch Manning releases statement apologizing to Holly Rowe

Manning stated, "I’ve seen a few AI edits of stuff, but that’s about it." However, he clarified that the video of Sarkisian slapping Rowe was fabricated. When asked if he had seen any such edits on Twitter or TikTok, Manning responded, "Yeah, no, it’s fake."

The video was in response to the controversial post-game interview where Sarkisian prematurely answered Rowe's questions, eliciting an eye roll from her. Holly Rowe expressed her displeasure with Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian over the incident. On Tuesday, Arch Manning issued an apology on Instagram, acknowledging his insensitive comment about the AI video.

He emphasized that his words and actions were hurtful to many people and expressed deep remorse. Manning specifically apologized to Holly Rowe for any personal distress she may have endured due to his comments, acknowledging her respect and grace in the matter.
