Taylor Swift and Jason Kelce go crazy as Travis Kelce completes 59-yard run against Broncos

On Monday night, pop superstar Taylor Swift attended the Kansas City Chiefs' NFL season opener against the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium, sitting alongside her new husband, Travis Kelce. This marked Swift's first time watching Kelce play since their marriage in the summer. The Grammy Award-winning singer bypassed the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, a decision that wasn't particularly surprising since the "The Eras Tour: The Final Show" was already nominated for outstanding variety special and the winner had been announced earlier by the Creative Arts Emmys.

The Emmy broadcast attempted to predict Swift's presence, featuring a sketch of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" cast members, led by host Mariska Hargitay, trying to figure out if she would attend. Swift's character joked about possibly appearing in a pre-taped sketch to support the host. Instead of attending the Peacock Theater, Swift chose to be in the same theater where their romance began - Arrowhead Stadium.

Their relationship started when Swift performed at the stadium, and Kelce, a fan, attempted to give her a friendship bracelet. It eventually blossomed into a romance, culminating in their star-studded wedding at Madison Square Garden on July 3. Adam Sandler acted as their surprise officiant, while the event drew a crowd of sports and entertainment icons, including Bradley Cooper, Zoë Kravitz, Hugh Grant, Ethan Hawke, Gigi Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Chris Rock, Steven Spielberg, Tom Brady, and several of Kelce’s teammates.
