Riyadh Economic Forum to examine legislative impact on sustainable development

The 12th session of the Riyadh Economic Forum, set to convene from October 12-14, 2026, will delve into a specialized study examining the legislative and policy measures supporting sustainable development in Saudi Arabia. Titled "Measuring the Impact of Legislation and Public Policies and Their Role in Achieving Sustainable Development in Saudi Arabia," the study aims to bolster the development of legislation, policies, and procedures in line with Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritizes economic expansion, enhanced quality of life, and environmental stewardship.

The research will scrutinize the role of legislation in directing economic, social, and environmental progress, underscoring the need to bolster Saudi Arabia's capacity to accomplish its sustainable development goals and enhance performance in pertinent international metrics.
