Punjab Transport Company Announces Jobs With Monthly Salaries Up to Rs. 10 Lac

The Punjab Transport Company (PTC) has opened 105 job vacancies across its Project Management Units (PMUs) and Project Implementation Units (PIUs). Candidates can apply online via the Punjab Job Portal before September 30, 2026. Selections will be valid for 12 months.

Roles in PMUs include engineering, project management, procurement, finance, administration, legal affairs and IT. In PIUs, positions focus on civil engineering and related trades. The company, wholly owned by the Punjab government, advertises the following positions and salaries:

- Project Director (Rs. 950,000/month)

- Chief Engineer (Rs. 850,000/month)

- Managers (Procurement & Contracts, Admin & Finance, Engineering, Internal Audit) (Rs. 568,750/month)

- Deputy Manager (Legal) (Rs. 450,000/month)

- Assistant Managers (Procurement & Contracts, Finance, Internal Audit, IT) (Rs. 300,000 - 244,530/month)

- Associate (Admin) (Rs. 141,750/month)

- Office Associate (Rs. 90,000/month)

For PIUs, Assistant Managers (Civil, Electrical, Health & Safety) and Sub Engineers earn Rs. 350,000 and Rs. 150,000 respectively, while Quantity Surveyors earn Rs. 144,830.

Applicants must meet educational and experience requirements, with roles like Project Director needing a master's degree and 15 years in relevant infrastructure projects. Assistant Manager positions require qualifications and five years of experience, while roles such as Quantity Surveyor demand a Diploma of Associate Engineering and similar experience.
