The update came after Hilton spent more than a month in the hospital for physical injuries and subsequently entered a residential treatment program for mental health recovery.

His family explained that this step was crucial for focusing on Perez’s mental health, but his recovery remains ongoing, with him expected to stay in residential treatment for several more weeks.
