K.J. George invites UAE-based Karnataka native entrepreneurs to invest in Karnataka tourism

Karnataka Energy and Tourism Minister K.J. George recently extended an invitation to Karnataka-origin entrepreneurs and investors based in the UAE to participate in the state's upcoming tourism, infrastructure, and economic development initiatives. The "Invest in Karnataka – NRI Business Community Meet, Dubai 2026," organized by the Karnataka NRI Forum UAE, brought together 65 prominent business leaders from over 20 sectors.

During the meeting, Tourism Secretary Ram Prasath Manohar presented on the various investment opportunities available in Karnataka's diverse tourism sector, emphasizing the potential for private-public partnership projects in various tourism niches. Discussions at the event centered on enhancing air, road, and coastal connectivity, as well as facilitating investment through credible proposals and government support.
