iOS 27 adds new Phone app feature that’s an instant favorite

Apple's latest iOS 27 brings a handy feature called Call Context to the Phone app. This is a new Apple Intelligence feature designed to automatically display pertinent information on your screen while on a business call. Call Context can bring up relevant data like confirmation codes from emails, which you might need while speaking with a business over the phone.

During the iOS 27 beta, I had the opportunity to test out Call Context and I found it to be a no-brainer addition that users would likely appreciate. When I recently booked flights with Southwest Airlines, the confirmation details showed up on my screen when I called them to make changes. The iPhone was even smart enough to read out the confirmation number for me during the call.

If the initial information isn't quite what you need, you can usually tap to reveal more details. Currently, Call Context is only available in English and works on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch models that support Apple Intelligence. Have you given Call Context a try in iOS 27?
