The tool's technical architecture relies on AWS CDK, ECS, Docker, Lambda, S3, Cost and Usage Reports, and CloudTrail. This architecture is designed to analyze customer environments through secure cross-account access without requiring any additional infrastructure in their accounts.
COPstark has already achieved notable results. The developer reports that the tool helped their own company save approximately $200 monthly. Additionally, COPstark identified potential savings of up to 70% for some enterprise workloads, with one client achieving around $3,000 in monthly savings. To date, COPstark has helped 20 enterprise clients.
