GUA MUSANG, Sept 15 (Bernama) -- The Ministry of Education (MOE) is encouraging parents to bring their children for screening programmes aimed at detecting learning difficulties, including autism spectrum disorder and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), at an early stage.
