Drone Attacks in the Ukrainian-Polish Border Region
A Russian drone struck a Kyiv-Warsaw passenger train near Ukraine’s border with Poland, though all 206 passengers were evacuated safely. Polish commentators see the attack as evidence that Moscow is increasingly willing to risk casualties involving NATO citizens. They also warn that Russia may be seeking to fuel tensions and weaken European support for Ukraine.
