Sanmina appoints ex-Nvidia executive to board of directors

Sanmina Corporation has appointed Shanker Trivedi, a former executive at Nvidia Corporation, to its board of directors. Trivedi's appointment took effect immediately. Mr. Trivedi spent time at Nvidia between 2009 and 2026, serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business from 2016 to 2026. During his tenure, he oversaw global sales for data center and professional visualization products, as well as managed business development across various industry sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, finance, telecommunications, government, and education.

Before joining Nvidia, Trivedi held high-ranking roles at Callidus Software, Sun Microsystems, IBM, and ICL. He currently holds a position on the board of Enphase Energy, Inc. Speaking about Trivedi's appointment, Sanmina's Chairman and CEO Jure Sola highlighted his extensive experience in the rapidly expanding AI and data center markets.
