Russian strikes slash cargo volumes at Greater Odesa ports
Cargo handling volumes at the ports of Greater Odesa have fallen more than 15-fold since July 22 as Russia systematically targets Ukraine’s maritime infrastructure and civilian shipping, Infrastructure and Transport Minister Mykola Kalashnyk said on Sept. 14.
