Rimini Street, a software support and agentic AI ERP company, has announced a strategic partnership with Datacom, a leading technology services provider in Australasia. Datacom will offer Rimini Support™ for Oracle and SAP software to its clients across Australia and New Zealand. This collaboration combines Rimini Street's software support expertise with Datacom's market presence and implementation capabilities.

As part of the deal, Datacom will provide level 4 support services, security and compliance solutions for perpetual licensed versions of Oracle and SAP software, allowing clients to save up to 90% on their enterprise software support costs. The partnership enables organizations to redirect IT budget and talent towards strategic initiatives like digital transformation, cloud migration, and AI-driven projects.
